Paul Hoggart’s novel ‘A Man Against A Background of Flames’ tops December’s bestsellers. The journalists first novel is set partly in Salisbury and the surrounding villages and was launched at Sarum College in December. Lent is also approaching us, with Tim Heaton’s ‘A Long Road To Heaven’ selling well. It is a Lent course book based on the 2011 film ‘The Way’.
