A choice of any two main courses, all served with braised rice, buttered new potatoes and two seasonal fresh vegetables, followed by two of our homemade desserts or one dessert and the cheese board.

We also cater for wedding receptions, with seating for up to 75 people.

Canapés

Selection of three types served with Pimms and soft drinks

Starters

      • Chilled vichyssoise
      • Goat cheese salad, with lambs lettuce and walnuts
      • Smoked salmon and poached salmon mousse, Melba toast

Main courses

      • Noisette of roast lamb served with cranberry and orange sauce
      • Stuffed chicken breast with a mushroom and asparagus farce served with a white wine and cream sauce
      • Chestnut and mushroom Wellington served with a vegetarian red wine reduction

Desserts

      • Chocolate and Almond torte (served with double cream or vanilla ice cream)

Non-food or drink items

We can offer advice on flowers, photography and wedding cake arrangements.

Please note that like much of the meat sold in the UK, Sarum College offers halal meat.  Non-halal beef, lamb and chicken are available on request. We are also happy to accommodate vegetarian, vegan and other special diets.
