Creativity, Culture and Christian Mission

  • Course Dates: Sat 16 March 2019, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

A day for practitioners in mission, ministry and the arts.

Through a mixture of lectures, case studies and theological reflection we will explore how the creative arts can inform Christian engagement with culture today. It will focus on listening to culture through the arts, on the importance of language and the role of poetry, considering missional artistic initiatives, and thinking more generally about the role of imagination and creativity in Christian mission.
