Exploring Churches in Britain and Europe

  • Course Dates: Thu 23 February, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

This series of six weekly Thursday evening lectures will focus on churches in selected areas of Britain and Europe.

It will examine the characteristics that give identity to their churches and will illustrate their distinctive features and treasures.

Areas to be covered (two per session) include the New Forest, Cotswolds, Pembrokeshire, Brittany, the Saintonge, Venice and Bournemouth – amongst others.

The series begins on Thursday 23 February. Subsequent sessions take place on the 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th March.
