Holy Week at Sarum 2015: The Stones Cry Out
- Course Dates: Mon 30 March 2015, 10:00 am to Thu 2 April 2015, 10:00 am
Guided days of reflection in Salisbury’s Cathedral Close with Pat Clegg.
These days may form the basis of a retreat or can be taken as individual days of personal reflection.
The College’s timetable will match the pattern of the regular daily worship at the Cathedral. There is the option of joining in with the Cathedral’s evening programme.
Each day will start at 10am (registration for day visitors begins at 9.30am) with a themed talk and meditation led by Pat Clegg, followed by time for personal prayer and reflection.
Each afternoon we will visit a nearby church to reflect on one or more of the specific art forms found there, these will be introduced by a guest speaker. Two visits will involve a short walk, a third involves a longer walk across the famous Town Path, transport can be arranged if needed.
Tea will be in the college at 3.30pm. There will be an opportunity to meet with the Chaplain for further discussion afterwards. An individual session can be arranged.
