Friends of Sarum College

Friends are a vital part of the fabric of Sarum College. A group of loyal people who support the aims of the College, they greatly encourage our work with their prayers, interest, practical help and financial support.

Role of Friends

• promotion of Sarum College to their local churches and communities
• prayers for the College
• practical help in and around the College, and opportunities for volunteers

• ongoing connection with Sarum College
• invitations to 3 meetings per year, including one weekend
• regular updates, and a newsletter three times each year
• personal contact with Friends’ Co-ordinator

Subscription Information

There is a minimum suggested donation of £36 per year (or £3 per month), or alternatively £750 for Life Membership.

Gift Aid it: We are very grateful to many Friends who covenant their donations to the College using the Gift Aid scheme which enables charities to recover the tax from the Inland Revenue.

Standing Orders: In order to reduce our administration costs and to ensure that more of your money goes direct to Sarum College, we encourage Friends to pay their subscriptions by Standing Order, either monthly, quarterly or annually. This would help us enormously, and may also be more convenient for you.
