Creative Meditation

Four bi-weekly sessions on Thursday evenings.
18 October, 1, 15, and 29 November, 7 to 9 pm

This course aims to encourage participants to adopt and develop a posture of living mindfully – creatively attentive to the presence of God in their everyday lives. This is an experiential course open to all who wish to deepen their spiritual life through the use of guided imagery, clay work, paint and story. No previous experience necessary. There will be no lectures as we will learn through participation and small group sharing.

Places are limited to 15.

    • Tony Nolan is a member of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, a religious order within the Roman Catholic tradition. He has more than 25 yearsíexperience working reflectively with groups and individuals. Over the past 20 years he has been highly involved in ecumenical ministry development partnerships including eight years as an ecumenical university chaplain.
