Retirement is a major life transition. It brings new possibilities, but also a sense of loss. This course will concentrate on unpacking some of these challenges and thinking through the psycho-spiritual issues that retirement raises. The course will approach this issue through a psychological lens, but some space will also be given to poetry and the arts as a way of exploring personal spiritual self-awareness.

The issues discussed will be of relevance to anyone considering life transitions in older age. No previous experience or academic qualifications are required.

Price  £200, includes lunch and refreshments on all four days.
Course fee can be paid in two instalments.
