Christian leadership and ministry takes vision, energy, courage and skill. Sarum College’s programmes are designed for busy leaders who can find short periods of time to get away and think deeply about their vocation and practice.
The College also runs bespoke leadership training and development programmes by experts in the field.
One such example is a bishop leadership programme of action learning on leading self, others and organisations.
