The church is ambivalent about change. We sing to a God who ‘changeth not’ but as leaders can see how the church could be better and we seek to bring change and development. This workshop will look at some theories of change both from strategic and psychological perspectives, and will focus on the practical issues that participants bring either because they want to understand why change has not happened as they hoped, or to think about and plan a change they know must happen soon.
Each residential course is limited to 15 places. The course begins with registration at 12.30 followed by 1pm lunch on day one and ends after lunch on day two.
