Celebrating Holy Week - Palm Sunday and TenebraePalm Sunday and services of Holy Week can easily be overlooked and their impact underestimated when compared to the Church’s celebration of Easter.

The aim of this day is to provide a fresh look at the liturgical opportunities afforded by Palm Sunday and the medieval Holy Week office of Tenebrae, a service that has witnessed a surprising revival in recent years amongst varied Christian traditions.

Participants will be introduced to liturgical texts and encouraged to explore ways in which symbol, movement, music and scripture can enrich this most poignant period of the Church’s year.
