Postgraduate Taster Day

Come along to our taster day to find out more about postgraduate study at Sarum College.

Saturday 8 September, from 10am

Following the success of our Taster Day held earlier in July we are pleased to be able to run a second postgraduate Taster Day on 8 September.

Studying at Sarum College is a unique blend of class and social time, guided and home study. It’s study for real life: the structure allows students to manage responsibilities alongside their studies and for many it forms part of a wider life journey.

Schedule

10am - Arrivals, tea and coffee in the common room

10.15am - Tour of Sarum College

11am - Sample teaching sessions from our four postgraduate programmes (Christian Approaches to Leadership, Christian Liturgy, Christian Spirituality and Theology, Imagination and Culture). There will be time for questions and discussions.

1pm - Lunch

2pm - Open offices for informal discussions and questions with programme leaders and tutors. Library (with examples of past dissertations on display) and bookshop are also open for browsing.

3pm - Tour of Salisbury’s Cathedral Close (optional)

Guests are welcome to participate in as much or as little of the programme as they wish.

Everyone is welcome to attend, advance booking is required.
