Preaching the Old Testament

  • Course Dates: Thu 17 October, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Most preachers are committed to preaching from the whole Word of God, and yet the Old Testament can be relatively neglected in the sermon diet of the average congregation.

There are many reasons for this. This day will take an overview of the issues and questions that need to be addressed when preaching from the Old Testament, suggesting different ways in to difficult passages and applying these ideas to a specific case study.
