Reflective Journalling

  • Course Dates: Fri 6 July 2018, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm

Sometimes living can feel like we are standing in a fast flowing river.

There is so much going on. It can be difficult to hold our balance and see how the various dimensions of our lives fit together.

This day will offer an opportunity to explore how journalling might help us to reflect on the shape of our living in the context of our work and world. We should try to capture elements of experience; and explore the means by which we think about what has happened and learn from it.

Participants will be offered practical advice and support in developing a personal style of journalling. There will be an opportunity to write and reflect during the day and share that in small groups. There are no assumptions about previous experience but participants will be asked to consider the spiritual dimension of our life together.

Please note that this course has been postponed until Autumn 2018. Contact Alison Ogden on 01722 424826 or email aogden@sarum.ac.uk for all enquiries.
