TQQ: Ethics and Faith in Community
- Course Dates: Tue 19 May 2015, 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Few of our ethical choices are made in isolation.
Each decision is likely to affect other people, whether they are known or unknown to us. Ethics therefore takes on a corporate nature beyond our own individual views. Across the centuries, the Church has offered guidance on what constitutes Christian ethical behaviour. This session will consider particular examples of Church teaching, explore how they relate to wider theological frameworks and how diversity of approach and opinion can be held within the Christian family.
