Weeping at the Grave we Make our Song? Funeral Ministry and the Church of England
- Course Dates: Wed 8 May 2019, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Funerals are changing.
Once the preserve of ordained ministers – and nearly all conducted by the Church of England – there is now variety and choice for those who are faced with having to organise a funeral.
The Church of England now only does about one third of all funerals in England and Wales: how can we ensure that we support families in the best way possible before, during and after the funeral service.
This course is aimed at clergy, licensed lay ministers, and other laity interested in finding more about becoming involved in funeral ministry.
