Terry Hinks is a minister in the United Reformed Church, serving in Romsey and Braishfield in Hampshire, having previously worked in ecumenical parishes in Hereford and Reading.

Alongside a strong ecumenical commitment and involvement in local community life, he has developed a deep interest in writing prayers and reflections.   He has contributed prayers to a number of collections and served for some years as Secretary to the URC Doctrine, Prayer and Worship Committee.

He produced the Order of Daily Worship for the Service Book, Worship from the United Reformed Church, published in 2003; this liturgy centres around the Lord’s Prayer.
