Sarum College seeks a creative and entrepreneurial academic to lead our postgraduate studies programme in Theology, Imagination and Culture. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery, development and expansion of the learning programmes related to or commensurate with the MA in Theology, Imagination and Culture programme.
The MA in Theology, Imagination and Culture is an innovative, interdisciplinary, and rigorous theological postgraduate programme that draws a wide range of able and highly motivated students from across the UK. This postgraduate programme seeks to address the relevant, timely questions being asked in these days by taking popular culture seriously as a genuine site of religious and spiritual aspiration. Students have freedom to follow their own trajectory of imaginative theological and cultural exploration, and the breadth of students’ research interests is evident in the fascinating variety of dissertations on the College library shelves.
