About the Biblical Study Break: Revelation and the Beginning of the End of the World course
This online course gives a tour of one of the most significant Books of the Bible for understanding much of contemporary rhetoric and culture: The Apocalypse of John. The course will provide an overview of Revelation’s literary and theological themes, the ancient context in which it was written, and some of its most enduring figures.
By the end of the course, you’ll be familiar with the literary and rhetorical techniques used by the ancient author, as well as with how Revelation’s impact continues in the culture and politics of the present era.
