Course booking terms and conditions

Short Courses

You can register and pay online for courses. Payments are processed by a third party, Stripe. View the data processing agreement here. Please visit the courses and events calendar to see the schedule, descriptions and prices.

Short course pricing

Most online /onsite/hybrid day courses (normally 10am-4pm) are £70 for the standard rate. Half day (either 10am-1pm or 1pm to 4pm) rates are generally £40. Shorter and longer terms course prices vary, and will be listed on the course booking page. Some courses have ticket options including B&B stays at the discounted education rate the day before and after a course. For longer before and after stays, please contact hospitality for a quote.

A concession price of 20% off selected courses is available to those who:

are studying or have studied on one of Sarum College’s postgraduate courses validated by the University of Winchester;
are training or have trained for ministry at Sarum College or previous organisations at 19 The Close, Salisbury;
are aged 25 or under, are unwaged or on low income or receive government benefits.

Please note that only one discount may be used per course, and promotional codes cannot be used for already discounted courses, such as those with special series prices.

Cancellation policy

Sarum College reserves the right to alter the content and timing of the course, replace the tutor or cancel a course on the rare occasions these actions may be necessary.

If Sarum College cancels the course, 100% of the course fee will be refunded.

Fees are not refunded to those who cancel within one calendar month of the course.

In the event of inclement weather and the course goes ahead but a registered participant chooses not to attend, the course fee can be applied to a future course upon request, but no refund will be offered.

Sarum College bears no financial responsibility for course-related expenses such as travel booked in advance or accommodation booked in the event of cancellation.

We strongly encourage all participants to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any changes or cancellations, should they be deemed necessary.

Accredited Study

All postgraduate modules validated by the University of Winchester are open to anyone who wishes to study without seeking an academic award. These students, called ‘auditors’, participate in a module in exactly the same way as enrolled students but do not prepare an essay for academic credit.

Hospitality Terms & Conditions

Bed and breakfast guests

Full payment is taken to secure the booking. This is fully refundable up to 48 hours before 2pm on the check-in date.

Venue hire & catering bookings

All bookings with an estimated value over £500 are considered provisional until the signed contract and non-refundable deposit is returned to Sarum College.

While the booking is provisional, event organisers may cancel or amend bookings without charge and Sarum College reserves the right to remove or amend unconfirmed bookings.
