Jacquie Gallon to Join Sarum College as Ministry Registrar and Principal’s Personal Assistant
Sarum College has appointed Jacquie Gallon to the post of Ministry Registrar and Principal’s Personal Assistant. As Ministry Registrar, she will liaise with Common Awards at Durham University and oversee the administration necessary in the Sarum Centre for Formation in Ministry which trains people for authorised lay and ordained ministry for the Church of England.
“In the Centre for Formation for Ministry our work continues to thrive and grow. We are delighted that Jacquie Gallon has accepted our offer to work as our new Ministry Registrar and my PA,” says The Revd Canon Professor James Woodward, Principal of Sarum College.
“I look forward to working with her as we support our students, liaise with partner Dioceses and Durham University and continue to offer generative formation for a future generation of ministers.”
Jacquie says: “After nearly 30 years in teaching, I am really looking forward to an exciting new challenge and to becoming part of the team at Sarum College.”
Jacquie will start in the post on Tuesday 4 June 2024, creating a hand over period with Annette Young before her retirement on Thursday 27 June 2024.
