The Revd Louisa Mason

Bio:

Louisa Mason joined Sarum College as Chief Operating Officer  in November 2025 following a successful career in operations management within the charitable and faith-based sectors. She previously served as COO for the Good Shepherd Trust, a 24 school multi academy trust and as Operations Director  for Urban Saints, a national youth charity. Before transitioning into the non-profit sector in 2015, Louisa began her career with a PhD in cancer research and worked in the pharmaceutical industry.  She later founded her own specialist cheese tasting business which tells you something about her love of good food!

At Sarum, she oversees the college’s daily operations, ensuring that the institution’s infrastructure and resources effectively support its mission of learning and hospitality. Louisa is  an ordained minister in the Diocese of Guildford and is passionate about combining professional excellence with a deep commitment to Christian ministry.
