24 January 2022
Public restriction guidelines are easing this week, meaning it is no longer mandatory to wear a face covering.
Therefore from Thursday, 27 January, we will no longer ask College guests to wear face coverings. We do encourage visitors who feel at risk to wear one if they wish, however. We also encourage people to follow government advice to wear a face covering in crowded and indoor spaces where you may come into contact with people you do not normally meet.
We will continue to make the College as safe as possible by taking measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, including ventilation and regular cleaning of high-touch areas. There are hand sanitizers throughout the building and some distancing measures will be maintained where feasible though course participant numbers may gradually increase if it is safe to do so.
Anyone with covid symptoms or a positive test result should stay at home and self-isolate immediately. If you have symptoms, please arrange to take a PCR test as soon as possible, even if you’ve had one or more doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. Sarum College reserves the right to ask anyone coughing, sneezing and/or feeling unwell to rearrange their booking or visit.
We will be happy to offer a credit or refund to anyone who needs to cancel a booking because of covid-related illness, in line with our terms and conditions.
