Local curate offers top tips for ministry during lockdown

An Assistant Curate based in Wooton Bassett (St Bartholomew and Allsaints) has taken things he’s learned from his early days working in ministry during a lockdown to give a hand up to others.

Using his own experience to help others save time, The Revd Oliver Blease has pulled together the lessons he learned in the Ministry Compendium — a concise, no-nonsense resource for busy church people looking to solve problems. Topics include live streaming, digital fundraising, podcasting, and creating worship videos.

‘Church ministry is busy enough so I have put together as much information in one place as possible, with a searchable home page linked to articles based on keywords,’ Blease says. ‘All of the information is taken from direct experience and is “tried and tested” with additional pointers along the way.’
