Integration Through Life Transitions Retreat Package course
For those who would like to explore the broader experience of transition before focusing more deeply on the particular challenges and opportunities of mid-life, a special package is available to attend both Navigating Life Transitions and Integration Through the Mid-life Transition retreats, with bed and breakfast accommodation included throughout.
Beginning with Navigating Life Transitions: A 24-Hour Retreat (21–22 September 2026) and continuing with Integration Through the Mid-life Transition (23–24 September 2026), this combined programme offers a unique opportunity to step back from everyday pressures, reflect prayerfully on your life journey, and gain practical and spiritual resources for the next stage ahead.
Across the four days, Nigel will guide participants through proven frameworks for understanding transition and change, drawing on psychological insight, Christian spirituality, Scripture, personal reflection, and shared conversation. Together we will explore themes of loss and renewal, identity and vocation, and the invitation to discover what God may be doing in the midst of life’s thresholds and transitions.
Whether you are facing a significant life change or navigating the particular challenges of mid-life, these two retreats complement one another and provide a rich, integrated experience of learning, reflection, and renewal.
This a residential package ticket for both Navigating Life Transitions on Monday 21 – Tuesday 22 September and Integration Through the Mid-life Transition on Wednesday 23 – Thursday 24 September. This ticket includes accommodation in a single ensuite B&B from Monday 21 September – Thursday 24 September as well as supper on Monday, lunch on Tuesday, supper on Wednesday, lunch on Thursday and refreshments. Please note that supper is not served on Tuesday evening. This provides a wonderful opportunity to explore some of Salisbury’s fantastic restaurants.
