Sarum College is pleased to announce the appointment* of Gary Gifford as General Manager of Hospitality.
In this role, Mr Gifford oversees the profitable and effective delivery of the conferencing, accommodation and catering services in keeping with the ethos and charitable objectives. As a member of the College Leadership Team he shares in the vision, values and strategic planning and contributes to business development of across all areas of Sarum College.
‘I am eager to work with colleagues at Sarum College to develop the hospitality offer to its full potential,’ says Gifford, who has 16 years experience as operations manager in the private healthcare sector, following a 22- year career in the British Army. ‘Sarum College is a wonderful venue set in the beautiful Salisbury Cathedral Close with much to offer individuals and groups.’

Mr Gifford took up the role of General Manager of Hospitality on a half-time basis on 1 June 2020, moving to full-time on 1 August 2020.
