If you are interested in learning more about the ‘Rector of Bemerton’, we have an extensive collection of books, including:
- Biographies of George Herbert
- ‘The clergyman’s instructor, or a collection of tracts on the ministerial duties’ (1827)
- Collections of George Herbert’s works dating from 1853 onwards
- Various copies of ‘The Temple’ and ‘The Country Parson’
- The complete English poems
- Books and MA dissertations examining the theology and spirituality of George Herbert’s writings
These will be on display in Sarum College Library throughout the Festival.
To borrow any of our books, join the Library during the Festival for the special price of £30 for your first year’s membership (usually £50).
