MA Module Inspiration & Imagination: Creative Expressions of the Spiritual Life course
This module considers the interactions between creativity, the arts and the imagination with theology and spirituality. Through considering a range of modes of creative expression (visual art, poetry, popular music) and a range of themes (making, mysticism, language), we examine how a spiritual life can both be fostered by creating art and our interactions with art, as well as how spirituality is often inspired by artworks.
This excellent creative study of Christian Spirituality is part of the Christian Spirituality postgraduate studies programme and is open to ‘auditors’ e.g. those who join the course without receiving academic credit.
What does it mean to audit a course?
