About the Reflective Journalling (2023) course
Sometimes living can feel like we are standing in a fast-flowing river. There is so much going on. It can be difficult to hold our balance and see how the various dimensions of our lives fit together.
This day will offer participants an opportunity to explore how journalling might help us to reflect on the shape of our living in the context of our work and world. We should try to capture elements of experience and explore how we think about what has happened, the ways of capturing those experiences and how to learn from it.
James Woodward will introduce participants to a range of approaches and methods to journalling, as well as practical advice and support to develop a style of journalling which suits each person.
There will be an opportunity to write and reflect during the day and share that in small groups.
The day will make no assumptions about previous experience and there will be plenty of time to reflect in the space of this workshop. Please note that this day is a repeat of the day that took place in 2022.
